GROUNDS & EVENT SERVICES [posted 3/29/2017]
The Grounds and Event Services position has dual responsibilities. Working outside in all weather conditions and working varied hours including early morning, late nights on both weekend and weekdays is required.
GROUNDS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs grounds maintenance including irrigating, mowing, weeding, trimming, fertilizing, cutting and stocking firewood, parking lots, walks, and other grounds where events occur;
maintains equipment used in grounds maintenance including mowers, trimmers, other miscellaneous grounds tools, sprinkler systems and hand pipe irrigation equipment. Provides assistance for recreation activities for events including fishing program, maintaining recreation courts, and driving tractor for hay rides; assists in landscaping projects including planting and transplanting for grounds and gardens. Maintains sheds for firewood, grounds equipment and other storage areas. Perform Back-Up Services in other Ranch areas with little or no notice during a work day
EVENT SERVICES ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately interpret event set and tear-down documents, move tables and chairs where they are needed, put linens and skirts on tables. Set and maintain Audio and Visual equipment.
Assist event host with last minute guest needs, provide transportation to guests, clean, repair and inventory event equipment and material (tables, chairs, linens etc). Provide assistance for recreation activities for events including fishing program, maintaining recreation courts, and driving tractor for hay rides.

BANQUET & GROUP SERVICES [posted 3/20/2017]
We are looking for people that enjoy providing exemplary customer service, are willing to learn and have fun in their jobs. We have multiple team positions available.
All positions are paid a base wage determined on experience, plus part of a ranch wide tip pool that is determined by the hours worked. Tip pool can be an additional $2 to $5 per hour.
Full time team members service our summer “Dude” guests and group events, summer through fall.
Part time team members service our corporate retreats, wedding and group events. Hours are based on event schedules, year round or seasonal.
The Culinary team members must have commercial kitchen experience. This is an afternoon and early evening position, includes preparation, cooking, and servicing buffets. Hours are based on group events.

SEASONAL HOUSEKEEPING & EVENT SERVICES [posted 3/20/2017]
F/T P/T Housekeeping, Laundry and Event Services positions are available.
One position is primarily working laundry, the others are primarily guest cabins
Primary responsibilities are cleaning guest cabins including: make beds, dust, vacuum, clean restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows etc. Secondary responsibilities may include attending to laundry, assisting with meeting or group sets and minor grounds work.
Everyone works in at least two secondary areas frequently. Flexibility is key. Many situations require all of our staff to work outside the normal job description and it’s pretty likely you’ll do something you’ve never done every time you’re here.
Work availability must include weekends and early mornings. Valid drivers license is a must. Wage starts at $9.50 per hour plus pooled tips. Pooled may reach between $3-$5 per hour during our busy season.

Required skill and background in hand-move pipe irrigation, ground preparation, seeding, haying, harrowing, fencing, pen cleaning, and trail maintenance. Must be experienced driving tractors and hay equipment and using fencing tools. Horse experience required for assisting with guiding trail rides and related projects. Comfortable with inspiring guests to participate in hands-on activities.
