 Each Sylvan Dale reception facility offers something
unique. The reception facility fee includes up to five
hours of use on your wedding day, with additional time
allowed for set up and decoration. The adjacent ceremony
site provides a convenient and beautiful location for
your ceremony. Set up of chairs,
one hour of use, and rehearsal time (if needed) are included.
Rates per person include the following:
ceremony site, reception facility, cheese, fruit & cracker hors d'doeuvres, dinner buffet, table setting, service staff and buffet attendants, bar set-up and attendant fee, non-alcoholic beverages for the reception, cake-cutting services, champagne or sparkling cider toast, and on-site wedding
coordinator.

area with a 30' by 60' covered pavilion located
at the bend of the Big Thompson River. The adjacent
M&M Golden Amphitheater provides a picturesque
wildflower berm and luxurious grass island. This all outdoor wedding site is perfect for the more casual affair or can easily be dressed up for a more elegant event.

This two-story building provides
a beautiful antique dining area in the lower level and extended reception
facilities, including a dance floor, on the upper level. Natural wood fireplaces
set a cozy mood and the outside porch and deck overlook
the Big Thompson River. The outdoor ceremony
area is on the banks of the beautiful Big Thompson
River using the surrounding trees for shade. The Jessup Lodge is made for intimate and romantic celebrations.

Winter Wedding Discounts: Winter is warm and cozy with crackling fires in the fireplaces, festive seasonal decorations and an occasional dusting of silvery snow. Winter weddings, from November through March, receive a discounted package and one night Bed & Breakfast stay on your wedding night.
A 20% administrative fee to cover
all pre-planning and office services will be added to the final
bill. Gratuities are gratefully accepted and are at
your discretion.
