Arranging for Service Providers:
Finding available and reputable professionals for your wedding can be tricky and there is no guarantee that they will do a good job. Sylvan Dale has partnered with the best vendors in the area, including DJs, officiates, photographers, florists, bakers and formal wear stores, to name a few. Your wedding coordinator will help you choose which will best fit your needs.
Planning Services:
Our Wedding Coordinator will keep track
of all fine points and personal specifications so
necessary for a successful wedding. You and your
wedding party will review a detailed itinerary based
on the bride's wishes in order for all involved to
be fully aware of the event's activities. Every effort
will be made to customize arrangements to meet your needs and create the wedding of your dreams.
Event Coordinating Services:
Our Wedding Coordinator will be available
to you from the beginning of the Rehearsal, through
the Rehearsal Dinner, the Ceremony, and until the
end of the Reception (including cake cutting
services). She will guide you and your
wedding party through every step so you need not
worry about the logistics. She will act as a buffer
between you and all your service providers, ensuring
everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and all
details are meticulously managed. This will allow
you to focus on your special day and enjoy the company
of your family and friends.
