We are looking for people that enjoy providing exemplary customer service, are willing to learn and have fun in their jobs. We have multiple team positions available.
All positions are paid a base wage determined on experience, plus part of a ranch wide tip pool that is determined by the hours worked. Tip pool can be an additional $2 to $5 per hour.
Full time team members service our summer “Dude” guests and group events, summer through fall.
Part time team members service our corporate retreats, wedding and group events. Hours are based on event schedules, year round or seasonal.
The Culinary team members must have commercial kitchen experience. This is an afternoon and early evening position, includes preparation, cooking, and servicing buffets. Hours are based on group events.

SEASONAL HOUSEKEEPING & EVENT SERVICES [posted 5/24/2016]
Seasonal housekeeping and event services positional are available now through December.
Primary responsibilities are cleaning guest cabins including: make beds, dust, vacuum, clean restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows etc. Secondary responsibilities may include attending to laundry, assisting with meeting or group sets and minor grounds work.
Everyone works in at least two secondary areas frequently. Flexibility is key. Many situations require all of our staff to work outside the normal job description and we will guarantee you’ll do something you’ve never done or see something you’ll never see every time you’re here.
Work availability must include weekends and early mornings. Valid drivers license is a must. Wage starts at $9.00 per hour plus pooled tips. Pooled may reach between $3-$5 per hour during our busy season.

Must be experienced driving tractors and hay equipment and using fencing tools. Horse experience required for assisting with guiding trail rides and related projects.
