Sylvan Dale attended the first Winter Market of 2010/11 in Fort Collins that took place this past Halloween weekend. Jamie Folsom, a photographer for the Coloradoan caught our Heart-J Grass-finished Beef team, Lori, Mandy, and Dillon, having a great time.

Unlike the cold and snowy weather somewhat typical around Halloween in Colorado, the weather was absolutely perfect for the event.
We hope you were able to get outside to enjoy this delightful Spring-like weekend.
