Chicken Fried Steak

Tenderized Round Steaks 4 each
(Cut into 5 oz portions)

Flour 1 1/2 cup
Cracker Crumbs 2 1/2 cup
Granulated Garlic 1/2 tsp
Seasoning Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Eggs 3 each
Milk 1 cup
Salad Oil 3/4 cup

Take the tenderized round steak, trim off the fat and cut into portion sizes.

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients together.

In a large bowl whip the eggs and milk together.

Heat a large skillet with the salad oil in it over medium-high heat.

Bread the Tenderized round steak as follows: Place steak in the egg mixture, place into the dry mixture, coat well. Lightly place back into the egg mixture, place back into the dry mixture and coat well, push mixture into the steak.

Test oil in the skillet for temperature by placing a small drop of the water into the oil, if it starts to pop it is ready, do not over heat the oil. Place steak into the heated skillet and fry on each side until golden brown.

Serve with Country Gravy.
