Dale’s 3200-acre Guest Ranch is nestled along
the banks of Colorado's beautiful Big Thompson River.

Magazine, Sylvan Dale has been owned and operated
by the Jessup family since 1946. The Ranch offers
both cabins and lodge accommodations, all with private
baths, warmly decorated with comfortable country
furnishings and antique accents.
- SEASONS:
Our “Bunk” & Breakfast stays are
available from the third week in August through mid-June
of the following year. The ten weeks of summer are
reserved for full dude ranch vacation packages.

Join us for one of our seasonal holidays for an out-of-the-ordinary
B&B stay that will create lasting memories.
- LODGING Tastefully
decorated in country and western décor. All
units have private baths. Twenty-six lodging units,
including 11 cabins, 4 guest houses with complete
kitchens and 13 lodge rooms. Phones and Internet
access available in meeting rooms and Business Center.
Capacity: 30 single occupancy; 50 double occupancy;
60 family style.
- RATES Mid-range
in comparison to other B&Bs. We’re way
above “rustic” but are not a high falutin’ luxury
resort. Lower Rates on weekdays and during winter
months (November through March).
- AMENITIES
Outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub, tennis courts,
volleyball, horseshoes, basketball and game room with
billiards, ping pong, foosball and board games.

ATTRACTIONS Golf courses, white-water rafting,
Rocky Mountain National Park, Loveland Museum and

meeting rooms seating from 60 to 150 theatre style;
with breakout rooms. For smaller groups of 12-15
people, guest houses also available. Outdoor picnic
areas available for groups.
- LOCATION
AND DIRECTIONS: One hour and 15 minutes from Denver
International Airport. In the foothills seven miles
west of Loveland, Colorado, on US Highway 34, 18 miles
east of Estes Park, 20 miles from Rocky Mountain National
Park. Altitude is approx. 5,280 feet on 3,200 acres.

& BEVERAGE A hearty “Cowboy Breakfast”
comes with all B&B stays. Wholesome and fresh,
with prompt, friendly service, featuring home baking,

can sometimes be arranged, depending on what else
is going on at the Ranch, at an extra charge. Please
inquire at the office.
Under state law, all wine,
beer and bartending services
in public gathering areas must
be arranged through the Ranch. Outside
alcoholic beverages must be kept
within the confines of individual
rooms.
