You'll enjoy
the warmth of home in a peaceful, riverside setting.
All 26 lodging units (including cabins, guest houses,
and lodge units) have private baths, and alarm clocks. Several have
fireplaces, and our guest houses have full kitchens.
Our guest rooms are TV and telephone free (but these
newfangled contraptions are available, along with
internet access and business center, in the Heritage
Building and J-Lodge).
Lodging
Capacity: 30 single occupancy, 50 double occupancy
or 60+ family-style.

Pets: Our ranch critters are territorial –
sorry, but no outside pets.
Wheel chair accessible: most of our accommodations have limited accessibility.
CABINS
Clustered
in the main yard amid flowers, giant cottonwoods and
towering blue spruce, our cabins are warmly decorated
with comfortable country furnishings and antique accents.
All have private baths, air conditioning, carpeting,
small refrigerator, coffee maker and porch. Beds are
queen-sized, supplemented with single beds in some
rooms. You're sure to enjoy a restful night with the
sounds of the Big Thompson River bubbling nearby.
Sweetheart cabins have fireplaces – ideal
for romantic get-aways.
Duplex cabins – rent one side or the
whole cabin.
There are four duplex cabins and three sweetheart
cabins.
WAGON
WHEEL “BUNKHOUSE”
A two-story
lodge handsomely decorated in the Western tradition,
the Wagon Wheel offers the best of home & lodge.
Each unique room has queen, double, or twin beds, private baths,
and plenty of western flair. Some rooms have adjoining
doors to accommodate families. A kitchen, fireplace
and gathering room are in the common area. The common
area also features a stage and room for a meeting
or dining. Ideal for retreats, meetings and large
families.
The Wagon Wheel Loft is a three-bedroom, two-bath
suite with a sitting room.
There are 13 lodge rooms in the Wagon Wheel, housing
up to 29 people.
TWO-BEDROOM
SUITE
The
Big Thompson Suite is located in the original
J-Lodge and has a queen and twin bed in each of 2 bedrooms. This suite also has
a large sitting room, and a single bath. The large
porch overlooks the Big Thompson River.

Our guest
houses offer kitchens and basic cooking utensils which
enable you to prepare your own meals. Perfect for
larger families, small retreats, or executive housing.

Tommy House: This quaint 1930 style farm house is located down the road from the office. This guest house has two bedrooms, bath, kitchen and a living room with fireplace. This cozy cabin has a deck that overlooks a series of ponds created by Maurice Jessup, owner, in the 1960’s. Tommy House is located across the road from Mama J’s Guest House.
The
Homestead: The original Jessup home, this guest
house has three bedrooms with queen or double beds,
two half baths, plus one tub/shower,
kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, and
an outdoor patio. Sleeps up to six. The living room is
suitable for small meetings.
Hagen House: This guest house is set apart from the rest of the cabins and offers seclusion along with a great view of the upper pastures and surrounding foothills. Enjoy three bedrooms, two full baths, and a comfortable dining and living area with fireplace. Walls are covered in nostalgic knotty pine.
Mama
J's: Set apart from the rest of the cabins next
to a beautiful pond under the willow trees, this lovely
four-bedroom home offers the best escape on the Ranch.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, with an additional
single bed in the “loft”, plus a foldout
bed in the living room. There are two and half baths, a spacious kitchen, a screened-in porch, and outside deck, a patio and a window-lined living room with an old-fashioned pot bellied wood-burning stove. Charming
and secluded. Sleeps up to nine. Ideal for small retreats.
