 Choose between two locations. Each area has picnic
table seating for up to 200. Additional seating can
be provided with advance notice at a rental fee.
Saturday and Sunday bookings require a minimum of 100 guests.
Recreation equipment may be checked out at the Sylvan
Dale office, or bring your own!
Heart J Picnic
Grounds
Wide grassy lawns covered with shade
trees slope gently to the sparkling waters of the Big
Thompson River. Area use charge:
$500.00 for up to five hours.

 Daddy
J Pavilion
Daddy J’s is located on a quiet bend of the Big
Thompson River shaded by cottonwoods and willows. The
30’ x 60’ covered pavilion has an adjacent
grassy area bordered by wildflowers providing the perfect
setting for your event.
Area use charge:
$500.00 for up to five hours.
