Meeting Facilities

"Think outside!" Our beautiful Rocky Mountain foothills destination inspires fresh ideas, creativity and new perspectives! At our 3,200 acre historic ranch, we make it easy for your group to focus and achieve its goals away from the distractions of the office and the world beyond the ridge.

Our ranch's meeting facilities include three modern gathering rooms, each with a fireplace. The Heritage and the J Lodge have unlimited wireless Internet access. The food is delicious and plentiful. Recreational activities abound, with horseback riding, fly fishing, hiking and hay rides.

For smaller groups, Guest Houses are also available. For outdoor events, see our Picnic page.

Wheel chair accessible: Our facilities and most of our accommodations are wheel-chair accessible. Even the fishing pond!

The Heritage

Our largest meeting room is styled like a lofty mountain lodge. It features a large stone fireplace, vaulted log ceiling trusses, and picture windows opening on the pond and garden area. A wooden porch, reception area and game room with ping-pong and billiards complete the setting.

This poolside facility is beautifully suited for your group function, whether it's a business conference, celebration dinner, reunion or wedding. We look forward to sharing our Heritage with you!

Jessup Lodge

The original historic Lodge. The Red Ridge Room with loft creates an ambiance for productive sessions and tasteful receptions alike. The adjacent Green Ridge Room offers additional flexibility and space. Each room has a fireplace. Break-out rooms are plentiful, as are nooks and corners for quiet conversation.

RED RIDGE ROOM
1,350 sq.ft; 25 foot vaulted beam ceiling. Seats 80 theater style. Features: loft, fireplace, adjacent
hospitality area, river view porch. The Red Ridge Room in the Jessup Lodge is perfectly suited for medium-sized business gatherings, wedding ceremonies and receptions, and other group functions.

GREEN RIDGE ROOM
480 sq.ft; seats 20 theater style. Feature: fireplace.

Wagon Wheel

The Wagon Wheel is a 2-story lodge, complete with an all-purpose meeting room (with a sandstone fireplace) reception area, kitchen and 13 lodging units. Perfectly suited for business groups as well as family reunions!

900 sq.ft; Seats 50 theater style. Features: elevated stage, fireplace, kitchen with adjacent hospitality/lobby area.

THE ANTIQUE DINING ROOM 

Located inside the Jessup Lodge, the Antique Dining Room sits riverside so meals are always accompanied by a great view! Seats about 80. For your special occasion, we could serve dessert outdoors on the adjacent River Porch, if weather permits.
