special event. Your guests will enjoy delicious food,
graciously served, in a beautiful setting. We can provide a vegetarian option upon request for those with special diets.)
We offer all-inclusive, per person pricing for weddings. This makes it easy for you to estimate costs in advance and plan your budget. Our pricing is reasonable and includes:
- table settings
- hors d'oeuvres (fruit, cheese and crackers and you may add other canape platters)
- dinner with two side dishes, salad and rolls
- service staff and buffet attendants
- bar set-up and attendant
- cake-cutting service
- on-site wedding coordination
Per person price, including food, is $64.00 at Daddy J and $84.00 at Jessup Lodge and The Heritage.
No charge for children
under 5 years.
A 20% administrative fee to cover office and set up
services will be added to the final bill. Gratuities
are gratefully accepted and are at your discretion.

Dale will simplify your arrangements by providing wine/beer
or full bar service for your event. We feature the best
from Colorado wineries and breweries. Your own choice
of wines, beers and liquors may also be ordered in advance.
