 We
understand the importance of wholesome, fresh food and
limited time schedules, so at Sylvan Dale you can count
on prompt, friendly service and quality meals.
Our bountiful meals feature fresh vegetables and fruits,
"from scratch" specialties, hot-out-of-the-oven
home-baking and vegetarian selections. Most special
diet needs can be accommodated with prior notification.
Meals are
served in a variety of locations, including the beautiful
riverside Antique Dining Room, our three meeting rooms
and at two outdoor picnic areas.
Specialties
include a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner, outdoor
Steak Fry with Heart-J natural beef, "Thanksgiving"
dinner, and our Mexican Buffet. Home-baked goodies
are a delicious tradition, and some recipes are Tillie's
own, used here for 60 years now!
Many of our entrees include Heart-J Natural Beef, from our own herd of free-range steers raised without any steroids or hormones. We also sell our beef to our customers. Alcoholic Beverage Service:
We feature the best from Colorado
wineries and breweries, along with other selections.
Your own choice of wines, beers and liquors may also
be ordered if you let us know in advance.
Under state law, all wine, beer and
bartending services must be arranged through the Ranch.
You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages
into Ranch gathering areas.
