 We understand the importance of wholesome, fresh food
and limited time schedules, so at Sylvan Dale you can
count on prompt, friendly service and quality meals.
Our bountiful meals feature fresh vegetables and fruits, "from
scratch" specialties, hot-out-of-the-oven home-baking
and vegetarian selections. Dietary needs can be accommodated
with several days prior notification.
Meals are served in a variety of locations, including
the beautiful Antique Dining Room beside the River
and at two outdoor picnic areas.
Menus are
“ranch choice” for Retreats, Meetings and
Family Reunions.

MENUS” we’ll help you do that!
Food Breaks: In addition to the morning and afternoon
beverage service that is included in the standard rates,
you may wish to request food breaks for your gatherings.
Morning Breaks include pastries, fruit tray, and assorted
fruit juices. Afternoon Breaks include sodas and healthy and delicious snacks. Let us suggest options that are available to you.

Sylvan Dale
will simplify your arrangements by providing wine/beer
or full bar service for your event. We feature the best
from Colorado wineries and breweries, along with other
varieties. Your own choice of wines, beers and liquors
may also be ordered in advance.
Under
state law, all wine, beer and bartending services must
be arranged through the Ranch. You are not permitted
to bring any alchoholic beverages into Ranch gathering
areas.
