Angie is a graduate of Shambhava School of Yoga with her 200 hours and is pursuing her 500 hour certification in Yoga and meditation. Angie offers private, semi-private and group class instruction.
Angie teaches in the Greeley and Evans Community and in Fort Collins from time to time. Along with teaching, training, seminars, and mini-camps, Angie is establishing herself as a Fitness Professional in the surrounding communities.
Angie’s passion with her heart center and creative approach is sure to give her students and clients a great experience, touching on her three core areas of body, mind, and soul.
Nicole Randone: Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT), RYT
Nicole began practicing yoga around 1996 in Omaha, NE. Always searching for happiness, balance, and peace Nicole experienced and studied many different spiritual paths. Eventually a wonderful yoga instructor encouraged her to look into yoga teacher training.
Nicole received her yoga teacher certification through Shambhava School of Yoga in 2009 and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. She also earned her BA in Liberal Arts and BA in Communication Arts. When she is not on the mat or meditation cushion she enjoys hiking, backpacking, the arts, animals, volunteering, fun, and love. Nicole’s teaching style has been described as authentic, encouraging, relaxing, and calming.
Nancy Campbell: CYT, Head Gardener Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch
In 2003, Nancy began her yogic journey right here at Sylvan Dale Ranch. A co-worker introduced her to yoga as a way to ease lower back pain and it worked fantastically. She has practiced ever since. Nancy received her yoga teacher certification through Shambhava School of Yoga in 2009 and is currently teaching a dedicated group of yoginis every Wednesday and Friday morning.
When Nancy is off the mat, she can be found roaming over the many acres of Sylvan Dale Ranch, planting flowers, pruning trees and relocating mice.
AnneMarie Casper: CYT, WEMT-B
AnneMarie started doing yoga in 2001 as a way to improve strength, flexibility, and balance for rock climbing. She also developed an interested in meditation around this time. Upon moving to Ft. Collins in 2008 for grad school at CSU she set an intention of developing a regular yoga and meditation practice, and has found much more than she ever imagined. She became a Certified Yoga Teacher in December 2009, and is also a WEMT-B (please avoid giving her any practice of her medical skills). She also competed on Hampshire College's intercollegiate riding team for 3 semesters and has assisted on a SAR evacuation by horseback just outside Yellowstone National park.
