Includes lodging, private gathering room, beverage set-up throughout, and 3 consecutive meals.

Billing: Invoices will reflect final counts and services as agreed three days prior to arrival. All rates are subject to a 18% administrative charge (not a gratuity) and 3.7% sales tax. The administrative charge covers office services and personalized hosting.

Tipping Policy: The administrative charge is not a gratuity. Tipping is voluntary and much appreciated. Our staff works together as one team to make your stay memorable. Therefore all tips are distributed among the entire staff. We ask that you add your tip to your bill or leave your tip at the front desk upon check out rather than giving tips to individual staff members.

Payment: Due within 30 days of dated invoice. Accounts past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% finance charge. We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard.

Deposits: A deposit of 25% of the anticipated total charges is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit due date will be indicated on your reservation form. We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard.

Final Count on food & lodging: Required 10 days in advance. Minor adjustments in food count (10%) can be accommodated up to three days prior. No billing adjustments for reduction in numbers or
services can be made after the three day deadline.

Cancellations:

• For cancellations made 90 or more days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less 10% processing fee or $100, whichever is greater.
• For cancellations made between 45-90 days prior to arrival, 50 percent of your deposit will be refunded.
• For cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit.
• Refunds due to weather will only be granted if state closes access and will be applied to rescheduled events.
