Deposit: 25% of the anticipated total charges is required
to confirm your reservations (minimum $100). Due date
will be indicated on contract.
Cancellations: 90+ days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded less
10% processing fee or $100, whichever is greater; 45—89 days prior, one
half of deposit will be refunded; less than 45 days prior, deposit is forfeited.
Refunds due to weather will only be granted if state closes access.
Final Count: Menu selection liquor and activities selections are requested
requested 14 days prior to arrival date. Minor adjustments in final count (up
to 10%) can be accommodated up to three days prior to event. No billing adjustments
for reduction in numbers or services will be made after the three day deadline.
Billing: Based on final counts and services as agreed to three days prior to
arrival, as well as incidentals incurred the day of the event. All rates are
subject to a 18% administrative charge and 3.7% tax.
Payment: Due within 30 days of dated invoice. Accounts past 30 days are subject
to a 1.5% finance charge.
