Check in/out: You may check-in
after 3:00 pm, with plenty of time for adventuring.
Check-out is a lazy 11:00 am.
Payment Procedure: Final payment is due at check-out. We encourage payment by personal check. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Deposit/Cancellation: A deposit equal to one night's stay will reserve your room.
If you need to cancel, your deposit is refundable, less $50 administrative fee per lodging
unit, for cancellations made at least 30 days prior
to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable.
Smoke-Free Accommodations: No smoking inside any Sylvan Dale buildings, inside the Horse Barn and on trails. Thank you for helping
to preserve a healthful environment.
Communication Services: High speed internet access is available at the business center.
Public phones are conveniently located in the main lodges. Cell phone service is limited. AT & T has reception. Other cell phone services may require a hike.
By popular demand, there are no phones or TV's in the rooms.
Transportation: We would be happy to provide information regarding shuttle services to and from the airport as well as rental car options.
Pets: Our ranch critters are territorial. Sorry, but no outside pets.
Wheel chair accessible: Most of our accommodations,
and our Heritage building, are accessible by wheel
chairs.
Additional Meals can sometimes be arranged at a cost of from $9.50 to $20.00. Inquire at the office.

Treat yourself and your loved one to a special getaway! Relax in a romantic riverside "sweetheart" cabin in front of the cozy fireplace, heat up some hot chocolate in the kitchenette and listen to the Big Thompson River from your porch. Wake to a hearty full ranch breakfast served in the Antique Dining Room by the river.
Enjoy a private horseback ride for two, dinner served in your cabin, and a soak in the hot tub. Massages are available as an option at an additional cost.
